You give me so much inspiration to go solo travelling. I love being in my own company and it’s great to see someone else doing the same. Do you think it is safe for a young woman to do what you do? I have so much wanderlust but I’m just concerned about my safety.
Im not him, but the world is safe, and most ppl are not confrotational, a planned travelling with a little bit of spontanity here and there is more suitable for solo female travellers, but if you decide to be fully spontanous you need to be a person who knows how to set bounderies and be assertive, or the creeps will take advantage.
Happy to hear that! Yes it’s safe, but always need to take the necessary precautions wherever you go. 99.9% of people in this world are good, it’s only the small minority that ruin it. Do your due diligence and you’ll be fine 🙏
I’ve traveled alone all over the world my friends couldn’t of afford to go with me traveling around for 4 weeks a year, so I decided to go alone like Luke does. I never looked back, I love every minute on my own. I recommend anyone to travel alone. Best of luck. 👍👊😃🇬🇧

Egypt was mentioned by some online services as the up and coming destination, and tourism had been on the rise since 2017. Then a stupid virus happened........

I will not recommend unless you are a hard core adventurer..India is great to visit the must see beautiful Taj mahal,Jaipur forts and maybe house boats in Kerala Backwaters..Else one can navigate noisy,dusty,crowded streets !

I suggest you having an Egyptian fellow during these travels they will definitely be able to get you cheaper deal prices with whatever. Hope you have an amazing time here try to visit Dahab,Nuweiba, Marsa Alam, Hurghada or Siwa amazing water and coral reefs as well as some salt lakes. Enjoy your stay!

Whenever I see a tourist I always want to approach them and help in any way possible since my english and french are good and so with alot of other Egyptians you can see alot of tourists who did have some Locals help them out and let me tell you as well there are alot of extremely rude tourists as well so if you offer to help its like as if you cursed them or something 😂 so no do ask for help from the locals they will be of great help
@@kpr1314 most areas that tourists visit specially Giza for the pyramids and so on is basically filled with sales person that even us Egyptians are bothered by sometimes😂 they dont visit areas like tagmoa, masr elgdida,sheikh zayed, zmalik,maadi where there are more highly educated people, malls, gardens and so on they are only focused at the pyramids when there is actually way more to see than just the pyramids you have lots of palaces, green areas, cafes and restaurants

In the beginning they told you not film but you didn’t understand so you pissed them of. And when they corn guy started randomly counting in English he meant that after he counts you could start filming his job not him . When you were trying to pay the bill . He was telling you that the money was too old no one will take it, almost useless, he was telling you to give him another one but since you didn’t understand he reached out for your wallet. We went on a dessert ride as a family of 4. This is some years back. We booked with the people on the beach (against our tour operators advice). It was a very fair price and we were out for hours. A surreal experience and they looked after us very well, whilst one man walked alongside us for miles. We came back exhausted, to a beautiful sundown (5.30pm-9.30pm). There are some lovely people out here, looking to make an honest living.
Keep a small tube of triple antibiotic ointment in your backpack for those skinless blisters ,scrapes , and cuts. and keep a small ziplock of bandaids for emergencies .

I have never seen a hotel or a tourist village with many guests, makes you say that it is a really profitable project,💸 it does not even come with the salaries of its workers, and I think that getting enough guests for any hotel or tourist village in Egypt is impossible because there are so many of them. It's money laundering...or extra money they use for their own benefit in the future. I'm not convinced that the owners of this hotels or tourist villages depend on it's profits in their lives, or have no other source of income.
