Symphony X deserves a DVD & set like this. This is really great. Glad to see Bumblefoot & Soto getting their opportunity to be known from themselves.
Sadly, Symphony X appears to be dead. 100% one of the greatest prog bands ever!

Finallyyy! Some prog metal worth listening to these days. I'm so proud of bumblefoot doing this with the rest. Really shows what the man can do. And the rest of the band works out really well it sounds. Mike, Billy, Derek and Jeff all seems to enjoy this! Perfect and amazing. Love this!

I hate to make the comparison, but this is what Dream Theater should've sounded like on any one of their last four records. This video totally made me appreciate this song more than I already did. Great stuff, and can't wait for their second record!!!

Agree, Ron is freakin' amazing. It was Mike Portnoy who wanted him in the line up from their previous work together in Metal Allegiance. All these guys are top notch. Love Billy Shehan as well!

You can tell that this song is later in the set based on his voice, but it’s still awesome regardless
I think that his voice was in bad shape that day. He sounds suffocated in all the songs I heard from that show.
I guess they couldn't postpone the shooting of this, and he just had to pull through some how.
I don't know the details, that's just what it seems to me.
It amazes when bands as talented as this could easily release recordings such as this as a full on commercial studio releases. I assume some touch ups were done.
