Prosecutors Push to Unmask Accused Waukesha Parade Attacker During Upcoming Trial

- On Monday, prosecutors motioned to make Darrell Brooks Jr. remove his face mask during his upcoming trial that is scheduled for October 3. Brooks is accused of attacking the Waukesha parade on November 21, 2021. The judge ruled that Brooks can keep his mask on unless asked to remove it during witness testimony for identification purposes or if asked during closing arguments. Any witness that takes the stand must remove their mask to testify.

The problem is we are more worried about the accused's health/well being than we are are of his victims', relatives of his victims, and others who were there that day performing their job responsibly and their health and well being. Imo he is narcissistic, and he currently has no control over anything basically.
His inner-frustration has to burn energy somehow, and him fidgeting is a clear indication that he is boiling on the inside. This guy has made every attempt to derail this trial and it's no surprise that the other day he even took his own shirt off in the court room. It's all about what he has left that HE can control; which isn't much at this point.
So him being able to control his movements, and his nrac tendencies are evident by his clear inability to cooperate in normal situations. It is apparent with his trial.

It’s low compared to other videos but when I turned it up I could hear the conversation clearly. Check your background sounds I guess because I had silence in the room I was in while watching.
I don't think it's the uploader fault. I think it's the sound system in the courtroom. If you look at the early recordings like of the hearings and the first day or two of trial, the sound is much worse then the later recordings and also the camera work it's much better as the trial goes along.

I've noticed his movements too. When he fidgets, paces and rocks. He doesn't seem to be able to stop. It also seems to occur when he is not allowed to talk.

If this is an indication of the trial it is going to be a snoozer.
His initial defense will be, it isn't me, no one has proof. His second defense will clearly be changed to insanity. After those two things, there really isn't much of a job the prosecution has to do. It was his car with him driving and dozens of witnesses. After that, there's no justification or reasoning for what he did. Sure, he'll try the blame game after the identity game. Then he'll try the medication scheme before finally the insanity one.
