It's like a poorly prepared school project where someone else did all the work but the ignoramus had to present the whole thing without being able to explain or answer any of the audiences questions OR to make any useful inputs to the audience questions. Once in a while he gets something right but he's playing darts this guy. most of the time he's on target but rarely is he correct. Anyone who wants to defend his "Sovcit" argument as a masterful defense has to realize most trail lawyers even before the establishment of the state bar HAD an rigorous examinations course and University to get through before they could practice law. For an example of a lawyer who was fully trained under this method correctly when it was in use, see John Adams. That being said, he had none of the prior rulings or judgements we must abide by in the modern day when someone is a practicing attorney. Nothing in the older cases, that has not already been replaced by another precedent holds sway in a trial anymore.
For every objection this guy offers he gets ten of them ruled out, in other words the dude doesn't even have a C average understanding of the concepts he is using.

He could run faster if his baggy pants weren't down to his knees. Not really down to his knees but you get the point. 🤣

If his entire strategy was just object to every single thing without having a clue what he's talking about.. probably should have considered that public defender.

DB got bid mad when all this evidence was shown. SO many tantrums today. At one point, he got bent because one of the pictures was left up for the jury to see for too long. He actually thought that if he didn't give his permission, the jury wouldn't get to view his jalopy. His cross with the forensic scientists was so embarrassing, and he was so unprepared that it was hard to watch!!!

6:50-6:55: notice Darrel put his dreadlocks in a bun in an attempt to disguise himself while walking at a fast pace. Wouldn't this point to knowing he committed a crime (hit & run) & that he was evading cops who were blasting their sirens looking for him?

lol at him waiting at 0:36 for Brooks to object.

He might as well taken a camera crew with him. If this case is not a slam dunk, the U.S. Justice System needs some SERIOUS work!!
