- Following my 2020 Can-Am Outlander 1000r build series - in this video I install a HMF Racing Titan-QS Full Exhaust System, a DynoJet Power Vision 3 (PV3) and a Uni Filter on my Can-Am Outlander 1000r.
The reason I ended up with the HMF Titan-QS full exhaust system was for the sound. I was worried that my Can-Am 1000r was going to be way too loud using another brands exhaust system or the racing series version that HMF racing sells.
But who knows, I might just purchase the HMF racing, racing exhaust to compare and see how much louder I think it is. I like the look of the HMF Racing Titan QS but I really like the look of their racing series exhaust.
I ended up going with a Uni Filter for the Cam-Am Outlander 1000r because I'm just use to using those on dirt bikes and other quads. That's not to say that other performance filters are not as great, this is just the one I'm use to getting for my performance builds.
Lastly, for tuning I went with the DynoJet Power Vision 3, also known as a PV3. I decided to use the tune that DynoJet has on their website, but I do plan I getting the Cam-Am Outlander 1000r on a Dyno in the near future.
The DynoJet Power Vision 3 made a huge difference in throttle response and gave the bike a more linear power curve. Oh, and the bike runs MUCH cooler!
Here are product links if you're interested in purchasing this same setup I have on my Can-Am Outlander 1000r:

Lol you blew all that dust/debris down into your throttle body, epic.
🤣
I promise that I first put three microfiber cloths in there before doing that. 😅🤘🏼
This build series just keeps getting better and better!
🤘🏼
Oh and I’m jealous that you’re in a T-shirt I m out here shoveling right now
🤣😅🤘🏼
Love the first person camera view at the end 👍
Nice ride bro
Did you install cvtech primary or any clutch kit you seem running bigger tires and what do you think the best shiftout for these beasts i see your bike at 6900 to 7000 when you hit it and it seems low some think they make most power at 7400 to 7600
Sweet.i tuned my old 22 Renny 1k with the pv3 and it woke it up so when i got my new 23 outlander xxc 1k i did the same thing and its definitely faster then the Renny lol . I got a MBRP slip on exhaust showing up today. so excited to see how she sounds
You mean 2023 faster than 2022 or the tune you got on 2023 better
A set of shocks shed be perfect
Yeah, but this is actually for sale now. 😅
Wow, you took us for an amazing ride!
I'm trying 😅🤘🏼
Does the R version of the outlander 1000 have the same engine as the 1000 T with just a factory tune or is it mechanically different as well
I'm not too sure about that. I believe the engines are the same, but there are other mechanical components that are different.
Badass video bro and how fast would it go without the performance mods ?
This made me order the hmf full exhaust for my 2020 outlander 1000r xt lol thanks for the video
Nice! 😅🤘🏼
@@MichaelBertini what handlebar setup is that? Looks good
@@jrgcjnl Thanks! I "custom" put it together, but it's a Pro Tapper setup. Check out my ATV playlist and you'll see how I did it. 😬
So im looking at getting the PV3 for my outlander as well. How do you go about purchasing the tunes? Or does the PV3 come with some pre installed?
Wow really fast; had me scared over here
😅🤘🏼
Have you had any reliability problems with the Canam? Considering an 850 or 1000 vs the Polaris sportsman’s.
“Look how dirty this thing is” you’ve never seen a dirty air filter lol
🤣
I had an old Wolverine 350. Had mud in the bottom of the filter and the actual filter was brown (yellow new) from all the stuff went through it. Hadn’t changed it or the oil in approx. 5 years. (Low miles)
@@willhutton1516 😧
That thing fly’s bud. Making me want. One lol
Do it, Do it! LOL 🤘🏼😅
Nice! Do you have a dragy? Would be awesome to see a 20-70 pull
I think the PV3 has the option or does it not?
@@MichaelBertini I’m not sure I’m going to tune my own four wheeler using Hptuner so don’t have that but I do have a dragy look them up very accurate device
@@jackets2k12 Ahh ok. I'll check that out. I think I've seen it in a few street drag racing videos.
Gotta go riding,bike sounds great!
You have to take this thing out sometime. I have a few more things and then it's yours to take out. 😉🤘🏼
love the sound but have you compared it to the RJWC Dual Exhaust???
What I noticed is you can hear yourself talk it's not that loud even while accelerating.
Thanks!
The RJWC is a really nice system too, I just dislike their customer service a lot. I had some issues with two of their products and it was an issue to get a replacement. I had my receipt, images and even video and they still gave me the runaround. For the cost of their items I would expect the highest level of customer service.
On a positive note - I love the look and sound of their exhaust systems. 😬🤘🏼
Awesome review!
I want a pv3 for my stock 2022 850 XTP
Has anyone put one on a completely stock machine and see big gains
Thanks for the time!
15:48 83mph! hell yeah!
😬🤘🏼
Another great video
Looks impressive.
Is full exhaust worth the money?
Did you keep the Dynojet tune or did you go with the other tune you mentioned? Where do you get the other tune you were considering?
Hey Jorge, I ended up with a tune from RVS Tuning and it was the best tune I could get my hands on. The bike is crazy fast after that tune. 🚀🤘🏼
@Michael Bertini did you first install the one that came with the Dynojet Turner? What did the new tune coat you?
@@jreca DynoJet first, then I tried out 3 other peoples "custom" tunes. I tried 4 tunes in total.
I’ve always ran the fuel optimizers when I install a aftermarket slip on exhaust. Does this pv3 tuner replace the need for a optimizer when running a slip on?
Yes it does and it makes a huge difference when you get a proper tune on the PV3. 🤘🏼
@@MichaelBertini would I be ok to run the stock exhaust stock air filter tune that comes downloaded on the pv3 do you think? The only mod I have is a single slip on rjwc apx
@@Sdm07120 I think you might run a little rich, but other than that you should be fine. But I would speak to a tuner to confirm my statement.
@@MichaelBertini thanks, I talked to dynojet and they suggested to run the stock exhaust stock air intake tune with just a slip on. They said if I ever get a full exhaust where I replace the the stock header pipe then I should run a different tune.
@@Sdm07120 Awesome!
Happy new year 2022 fam 🙌🎇
Did you also do a clutch?
That was definitely very fast!
🤘🏼😅
Hello, what tune did you end up buying?
@@uAdrien RVS Performance. It’s the best out of all the tunes we tried. If you let him know, Michael Bertini sent you from RUclips I think the hook you up with a deal. Once you get it, let me know how you like the tune.🤘🏼
That bike so f**kng fast.
🔥🤘🏼
Did you finally do.anything with the clutch?
Yeah, I ended up rebuilding it. I’m actually looking to sell the bike. I’ve only been able to ride it the few times on video. Sadly, it’s been spending most it’s time sitting in the garage. 😔
Full exhaust worth it?
Longevity updates ?
Nice video
Don’t blow that out like that your putting dirt in the intake track on the clean side and the stock filter was fine
I just took a bunch of dirt in my intake on purpose to bother you a little more. 😘
Thanks for the feedback. 😬👍🏼
That thing is a ripper
It's pulling hard 🤘🏼
Nice.
How did you get the bottom header pipe in I cannot get it in to save my life
It was a PAIN IN MY A**! I had to have a lot of patience with those pipes.
What tuner with exhaust?
Would that tune work with a stock exhaust
I'm not sure, but they do great tunes. 👍🏼
Second! Happy new year!
So fast
Is it in mph bud??
Si señiorito 🤘🏼😬
Wish you would of put a meter on it for the sound.
What's that? I'm interested. 😬🤘🏼
You can get cheap ones from online, it just measures decibels, wich is a unit of measuring sound
@@dominicbrambrink2764 Ahh yes, that's a great idea. Thanks!
Cost?
The ATV or the parts?
+80 mph???
I have too tune my 1000 xmr
Tune, Tune, Tune 🤘🏼😅
First here and watching!
Your videos should this is not what you do lol
🤣👍🏼
Man you talk in an interesting manner. Full throttling it? You mean “me at full throttle”?
Much more peppier? What? It’s just “peppier” my dude.
