Can’t wait for my 50th Dark Side to arrive in the mail. Love your enthusiasm in collecting. I’ve been at it for 30+ years. Be ware tho space may be consumed. So happy hunting.
As far as getting into Dylan recordings, start with the standard albums. They all sound good, and if you really dig 'em, upgrade to the expensive boxsets, etc. You do a good job with your videos, sir. Thanks.
Hey man, good video. Floyd's debut album, whatever the pressing, is a psychedelic masterpiece. Thought it was worth mentioning Roger Waters' first solo album 'The Pros and Cons of Hitchiking', from 1984. It's an ok album and an extension of the themes he explored on The Floyd's final album with Waters', 'The Final Cut'. It's great you are getting into Bob Dylan. That dude has gone through a few major phases in his career to date, so it's probably worth getting hold of any number of Dylan comps that'll give you a sense of his sound. The electric period in the mid 60s is definitely cool.
Poppin’ in to say I can’t wait to see the haul! Commenting before I watch! Have an awesome day!
