Latif's videos are my go to when I want to cook anything Indian! When I follow his recipes, whatever I'm cooking turns out delicious! I've cooked these kebabs before and they were wow! I'm about to make them again now, so rechecking how to make them before I start.
The mans super gifted. The most brilliant people attract jealousy, so I'm not surprised to see he has haters who have nothing better to do then make stupid / useless / unpleasant comments.
Please keep making your fantastic videos Latif & ignore the stupid / useless / unpleasant comments.
Love this video, admitted mistake like all humans, much better than all those fake videos
Bless! Honestly is the most important thing. Integrity goes a long way
Latif, ive always followed your recipes and they have turned out awesome. I also appreciate your honesty, especially when i thought the kebabs were not done. Kudos to you. You were honest to your viewers and greatly appreciate it. God bless you and your family and keep up the great work. When i am next in uk i will definately visit your establishment once the pandemic is over. To be honest. Your videos have got me through this pandemic due to the virus.
You didn’t even announce it was ginger lol. Legend.
Honestly, you do such good lessons. I’m soo going to make this. I’ve done them before but adding the Ghee will be the master stroke. Keep em coming Latif. Keep yourself and your family well.
“I was meant to taste it, but I’m eating all of it!” 😄👍🏽 Who can blame you! 🤤
😂😂
You’re one of my hero’s of 2020 whenever I get down with the situation we find ourselves in I watch your videos and feel much happier
Top top man!! 👍🥇
Just a suggestion , next time you have to use those skewers, double them up, side by side to get the flatter turning surface. You just need to be careful building and turning them. But you won’t have to put them together to stop them from rolling under the grill 😁🙏
I suggest either
use a wire tray to put the kebabs on (so juice drips thru and doesnt boil the meat)
or
use a couple of peices of foil crumped heavily then pulled apart and rest the kebabs on the foil (again the juice will drip down be caught by the crumples)
Nothing rolls away. No need for skewers then.
I personally love these receipes but this one i didnt find flavour some at all.
I think i need to double or triple even - the green chillies, the garlic and the ginger for my taste.
I'm having difficulty getting the corriander from your mum's garden.
😅
She will whack you with a frying pan if you try
you just need a longer ladder!!
😅🤣😅
"Substitute!"
I HAD SHISH KEBABS FOR MY TEA LAST NIGHT YOUR RECIPE THEY WAS FIRST CLASS MANY THANKS PAUL
Made me hungry. I'll be making these in the morrow. Thanks 😊
Every single thing you make looks delicious
Another beautiful inspired video.
Thanks to your mum.
They look phenomenal, bro. Tried this for our lock down Eid earlier this year. The hardest part, like you say, is getting the meat on the skewers as uniformly as possible. NOT easy! Just take your time and don't rush it. Thankfully, I done it the night before and left them in the fridge overnight. Was gonna light the bbq and then make them! If I had, the bbq would have burned out before I'd finished!😁 Thanks for the vids. 👍
Great tips as always, like adding ghee, mixing for a long while and cooking fast. Oh yes, nice and THIN on the skewer and don’t cook as long as you “think” it should be. It made all the difference in the dish. Thank you again; we all loved it here!
Wow! Can't wait to make this. My mouth is watering!!!
always cook a taster before cooking all the meat. Season to taste
Brother you should wear a tshirt saying: ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! 😂😂😂
and on the back Voila!
Yes,absolutely gorgeous, lamb is my favourite go to,have made these at home but without the butter ghee, and yes,you are spot on about the drying out,so thank you for that top tip.
Those kebabs look fantastic. I just bought a bunch of spices so that I can try to make your recipes. I appreciate your channel. Thanks.
That does look delicious! Pretty easy to make, too. Thanks!
My mouth is watering
Looks delicious! Well done. Thanks for the wonderful presentation.
I had some minced meat leftover in the fridge as I didn't use it all up in my shepherds pie. Can you guess what I just cooked with it 🤔 I have to say they were bloody delicious. Thanks for posting all these great recipes 👍👍
I have only just come across your channel and can I just say thank you… I have started going through some of your recipes and can honestly say they all taste fantastic, you have inspired me to home cook some fantastic food… thank you so much!!!
They look wonderful. A handy tip if using wooden skewers, is to soak them in cold water for half- 1 hour before you put the meat on. Stops them from burning whilst grilling the kebabs. Thank you Latiff.
I liked your honest approach. Mistakes acknowledged and shared.
Very good result for a first attempt! Well done!😊
Brother, next time soak the skewers before you use them, that way they won't burn. Also, home grown coriander is super strong, personally I would use less than that. But they look awesome 👌
BC khud se kuch hua nahi life main aur aa gaye gyan pelne.

Thank you so much latif, just made my own for the first time. Along with some salad and you naan recipe. The girls loved it and will be cooking again. Great channel, stay safe and best wishes. 😀👍🏼🖖
Absolutely love your channel! I've made many delicious meals following your recipes as well as making a few adaptations along the way :) In this case I found rolling the shish into a sausage in cling to keep it's shape, then skewering it before removing cling worked well and was quite fast! Thanks again
Damian

Brilliant secret tip shared in the end. Thanks a lot.
Great video. Keep it up!
great video as always bro! pro tip for kababs : when i get them on the skewer, i stick them in the freezer. whenever i want a kabab, just pull out a skewer. they stay frozen for a long time in the freezer. then i put my over on hi broil and place the kabab on a metal pan (i use cast iron) on the top oven rack (when you rotate the skewer it should almost touch the top burner but make sure it doesn't touch or it's too close). flip the skewers for the first 5 minutes every 10 seconds. then for the remaining 5 minutes flip them every 30 seconds. pull and let rest 1 min. remove and enjoy.
Can’t wait to Make these over the weekend!!!
Nice one boss its on my list great tips for a home cook👍

Ma Sha Allah recipe
Hi Latif. Just trying these lovely looking kebabs out. I would not have dreamed of trying to make these without you superb guidance. Tonight my husband has ordered these along with shamee kebab, chicken tikka and lamb tikka. All made at home under your fab instruction. My dough is resting for the naan breads too. Keep up the great work and if you do start selling your signature aprons, put me down for one. 🏴🌈😋
Well done mate, great video specially the instructions on squeezing the mince onto the skewers. For the love of me I’ve tried in vain many a time with NO luck. Will definitely give it another try. Cheers!
reduce your initial meat (smaller handfull) - put it on successfully THEN add more meat as a 2nd layer.
I create meatballs then skewer then flatten into one whole kebab.
Delicious looking food. I'm going to make some next week. Thanks for the recipe
looks great
Superb, cooking these tomorrow. Many thanks my friend. Stay safe. 👍🏻
Great recipe.
Lovely
Love your videos brother recipes easy and tasty thank you
I've used the handle of a wooden spoon to mold them around when making them in the oven. Works everytime and they're not thick.
but you removed the wooden spoon before placing in oven right?
Super video as usual Latif, thanks for sharing this and little hints on some secret tips.
