I tried this adding mayonnaise ,(didn't add cheese or butter) I skiped bolied egg. The results were absolutely yummy soft and exactly like restaurants. Follow the recipe exactly with badam cashew and black Cardamom and all that ingredients chef mentions . . Trust Me. . out of the world 😍❤️

Umm I think king fish or basa may be the one's that they use in the US but in kolkata (where I am from) bhetki is used a lot ... basa is also an option here . Hopefully this weirdly framed comment helped a little.

Bahaut aala zabardast Janaab Chef RB ... Ur method & recipe is next level. I really really enjoying ur cooking & u have motivated me a lot. There's one Q I would like to ask, I have seen most of ur recipes ... In one of ur recipes I don't remember exactly it was some Paneer recipe or Chicken or dhaba style, u were making some Basic masala & I remember u said ' is main paneer daal dain tu Paneer masala, mushrooms daal dain tu mushroom masala, .... Can u plz tell which recipe was it..... I'll be highly obliged...
