I tried this adding mayonnaise ,(didn't add cheese or butter) I skiped bolied egg. The results were absolutely yummy soft and exactly like restaurants. Follow the recipe exactly with badam cashew and black Cardamom and all that ingredients chef mentions . . Trust Me. . out of the world 😍❤️

Umm I think king fish or basa may be the one's that they use in the US but in kolkata (where I am from) bhetki is used a lot ... basa is also an option here . Hopefully this weirdly framed comment helped a little.
