i have been to lebanon twice. such a beautiful country with wonderful people. looking at your video took me right back to the streets of saida (sidon) where i had this exact kofte. from the look of it i can tell that you have done justice to the delicious lebanese cuisine and you can proudly call them "lebanese" kofta

A simple note. I am from Lebanon and I will give you two information. Firstly, when you make a kebab on a skewer, wet your hand with a little water so that the kebabs do not stick to your hand and secondly, always turn the kebabs over the fire so that it does not overflow, you are very amazing mark
Mark just a quick 1... don't put too much meat on at a time and use water to squeeze the meat on. I know, water, you'd think water would do the opposite but it actually bonds it together.

A simple note. I am from Lebanon and I will give you two information. Firstly, when you make a kebab on a skewer, wet your hand with a little water so that the kebabs do not stick to your hand and secondly, always turn the kebabs over the fire so that it does not overflow, you are very amazing mark

I grew up with French, Italian and Lebanese food. Lebanese food is my favourite, this is not even 5% ofall the good dishes lebanon has to offer.
As a half Lebanese that have been eating Lebanese food all her life, ill give you a 10 out of 10. That looks great! 😍

Mark just a quick 1... don't put too much meat on at a time and use water to squeeze the meat on. I know, water, you'd think water would do the opposite but it actually bonds it together.
