I was mad at myself because i never gave it a chance.. but because of this video i finally decide to try it.. im in now!
Come visit just be careful with the food we eat a lot of beef and lamb. Just take a tour guide with you alot of people may even feed you in their homes so you won’t have to worry. The northern side has mountains and the south is desert but there are a lot of Islamic historical places in both.

@@razant17 the funny thing is, the north indians are culturally more similar to you than us south indians. our food, language, traditions, clothing are very different... but north india and pakistan, particularly punjab and sindh... share a lot of cultural similarity due to various empires ruling over both areas..

Absolutely, madly loved the part where you greeted few people who were sitting on charpai and after shaking their hands they offered you their food. Pakistani hospitality is the best in the world. You talk to a person with smile and he will be ready to give you what ever he have. Such big hearts and delicious food. Its really like living in paradise. I am from India And back when I was in Dubai there I had tried food at many pakistani restaurants and they were amazing I think Pakistan has some of the best cuisine that is worth trying. I have seen a lot of comments and they are saying that where are women and oil is unhealthy and a gun men. Let me explain. Usually in Pakistan only men do work and just do some work are free at home so at night from 7 pm to 12 am families go outside for shopping and dinner. 2ndly about oil is it's because of different masalas color when they make kababs they use different maslas so that's the colour of masalas not old oil its new as always. 3rd is gun men because he is with a landlord of that area and it's legal in Pakistan to hold licensed gun but not always show off he just bring him because of foreigner feel them self otherwise it's pretty safe

Go to super market where u can find export goods Shan masala its a mixed spices box name brand shan chapli kabab masala if u find itvu can taste 70% of real chapli taste with its recipe and its very easy with thst packet
Find real buffalo meat, mince it with a meat cleaver to the point where it's somewhat more chunkier meat pieces than that of a burger patty, add tomatoes, shan chapli kabab masala and onions, add bone marrow if you can, deep fry it in lamb fat and done, you basically have about 60-70% of what an actual Chapli will taste like, I say this because from my own experience, although Shan is a great quick fix, authentically hand crushed spices powered into masala form is something Shan can't 100% replicate.
Quincy Lewis I have eaten at both the shops as they are located 25 minutes from my home and I have eaten at home as well when mom cooks but the way these chapli kabab are made by these two shops are absolutely unbelievable. No amount of shaan or paan masala will have the same taste as they make.

I have seen a lot of comments and they are saying that where are women and oil is unhealthy and a gun men. Let me explain.
Usually in Pakistan only men do work and just do some work are free at home so at night from 7 pm to 12 am families go outside for shopping and dinner.
2ndly about oil is it's because of different masalas color when they make kababs they use different maslas so that's the colour of masalas not old oil its new as always.
3rd is gun men because he is with a landlord of that area and it's legal in Pakistan to hold licensed gun but not always show off he just bring him because of foreigner feel them self otherwise it's pretty safe
I made many frnds back in Dubai who are actually from Pakistan and i have to admit that they made me feel like I am one of Pakistanees by taking me to different kinds of restaurants and showing me their culture,lifestyle and much more...Moreover,one of my best friends is from Pakistan.By the way I am from Uzbekistan.

I can usually tell by Mark's reaction how good the food is example when he closes his eyes thats usually the highest quality but today I witnessed a eye close along with a laugh this was another level that I haven't seen any other food reach so now I'm super curious to know how that patie taste
Quincy Lewis u can recreate it at home with 'Shan masala Chapli kabab' box although it won't be the exact same.
Go to super market where u can find export goods Shan masala its a mixed spices box name brand shan chapli kabab masala if u find itvu can taste 70% of real chapli taste with its recipe and its very easy with thst packet
Find real buffalo meat, mince it with a meat cleaver to the point where it's somewhat more chunkier meat pieces than that of a burger patty, add tomatoes, shan chapli kabab masala and onions, add bone marrow if you can, deep fry it in lamb fat and done, you basically have about 60-70% of what an actual Chapli will taste like, I say this because from my own experience, although Shan is a great quick fix, authentically hand crushed spices powered into masala form is something Shan can't 100% replicate.
Quincy Lewis I have eaten at both the shops as they are located 25 minutes from my home and I have eaten at home as well when mom cooks but the way these chapli kabab are made by these two shops are absolutely unbelievable. No amount of shaan or paan masala will have the same taste as they make.
