- In this video, you see me driving my 1962 GM PD4106 bus, as well as get a tour of the inside! This bus originally was a Greyhound Bus PD4106-1346. Central Greyhound Lines Kansas City Missouri, put into service 4/7/62. The bus has an 8V-71 Detroit Diesel engine, with an Allison V-730-D Automatic Transmission. It has been retrofitted as an RV, with front lounge, and kitchen and dining area, bunk beds, a bathroom, and a rear bedroom.
that interior in the rear is wonderful. a tasteful escape from the minimalist corporate garbage you see in the mainstream now. no LEDs either 😊
I had PD 4106.
DOPE THIS BUS IS DOPE💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🤩🤩🤩🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
I think you said "nice" 400 times or maybe a little bit less. 300 times for sure lol. Nice.
Looking good
I love the video
Definitely gonna subscribe to your channel
"Let's get some gas" HaHa...yeah right!
No power steering! Imagine trying to drive that bus with NO POWER STEERING AND SHIFTING a non-synchronized transmission, DOUBLE CLUTCHING, AND IN CITY TRAFFIC with passengers for many hours. One hand on the wheel and one on the shifter. It was A LOT OF WORK.
In all of his videos, he seems to enjoy threading the bus through narrow roads, parking lots, and discontinued deer trails.
See George you did a tour of the bus in July!
Same year I was born, but I already have a vehicle from that year, so we may go get a bus the same year my wife was born 74.
That’s a very nice bus. Do you still own the bus?
Nice Bus .. How many busses do you own?
He says: "The painful thing about owning a bus."
actually, all the couches and chairs, lack of a kitchen, lack of a bathroom and having bunk beds says that this was a tour bus
Curious, If I may ask, how much was it to switch the trans over to an automatic? And how much time did it take?
subs on bad a lot can not hear you please put sub s on thank you
Was it any trouble to get it transferred? alincoln593@
