Weather has been crazy in Italy lately! We had a heat wave that lasted about 15-20 days with temperatures around 38-39 celsius during the day and 24-25 at night, plus it was so humid where I live (in northern Italy). But maybe you're used to all of this 😅 Now it's all of a sudden rainy and colder, thankfully, but there were crazy thunderstorms and strong winds. So yes, bring some layers because you might need them, late summer and autumn can be unpredictable! Where are you going besides Florence? 😊
Mephisto! Yes thats it! I read the logo wrong. I cant remember what I paid for them all those years ago but yes I just took a look and they are definitely up there price-wise. Mind you, if they all last this long then I might be ok with it! Ive had A LOT of wear out of them.
I'm such an over-packer that I think I learned something watching this. 🤔🙂 Since my last trip eons ago a lot of really cool "travel" clothing has come out that will definitely make my next one easier. It's always exciting preparing for a trip overseas, especially one as special as this. Look forward to the pics!

It was hotter in Europe than at home. Even now its cooler in Brisbane ...crazy! ...and slighly disappointing, lol I was really looking forward to a taste of northern hemisphere Autumn! haha

Hi Cherie - I enjoyed this video very much. I am in Cyprus at the moment after having a week and a bit in Crete and can report that it is still very very hot. We have another few days here before heading to a few of the smaller islands in Greece and parts of mainland Greece for three weeks and the weather is supposed to stay warm. Of course I overpacked and have not worn some of the clothes I packed. Thankfully we had no issues with our flight over and fingers crossed for the same for our return flight. Have a great trip and congratulations on the wedding 😊

I will incorporate a review in my recap video, but in the end, whilst the size and layout of the bag was great, there was something about it that really annoyed me.

Yes, the white cotton jumper would be impractical for travelling. Perhaps you could get one in a lighter weight. End of winter sales are on now😃
