Amcs have a very unique sound.prob the dog leg heads. And for those of you who whould consider a LS because ther,re cheaper. Don't. For off roading the amc will offer more torque throughout the power range than a LS.
Living in Ontario Canada where it right now is minus 10 degrees I'm jealous of a climate where you can have the top off and leave it off unless you see rain in the forecast! Sweet ride love the exhaust tone .... realize it's an older video I'm sure it went for a decent buck.
I would definitely restore any Jeep from '41 - '06 than get a plastic '07 - present heep. The CJ-7 Laredo, CJ-8 Scrambler and the TJ are by far my favorite Jeeps. This is an excellent video and an even better restoration! O|||||||O 🇺🇸 Only in a 2 Dr 🇺🇸 '41 - '06
Le puso una caja de 5 velocidades.... Y le hizo un cambio del diferencial a esa bestia.... Que fácilmente puede superar los 140 km/h solo que se puede volcar......
It looks like a Tremec T-5, I have one in my CJ-7 it's light duty and won't last long if your not careful with the skinny pedal. I would be going with a Tremec T-176 or T-18 behind a 360 it will bolt right up and be a lot more stronger. If you are going for a 5 speed look at a AX-15, which can be hard to find.
@@larryalexander4833The Ax 15 is a great transmission sometimes hard to find. I thought you had a T5, those are not so strong. Thanks for the reply. Brian
It sounds so good that if someone burns their leg on it you don’t need them in your life anyway. Haha. You’d have to try to for that to happen. It’s tucked back under the body a bit.
Many have done conversions to have power steering and power brakes. And install seat belts. Then you have a Jeep that will last forever and one you would like to have forever, unlike the shit made from '07 - present.
@@JeepTJWheelin You people are showing you know NOTHING about '80s CJ's! They come with shoulder belts front seat belts back. Power steering and brakes since at least 1972! Gee my '85 5 speed even has one of those modern air conditioning systems!!!!!!!!!
This video needs to be a couple hrs long i would watch it on repeat
Quando custa jeep raimundo Nunes moro em capitão poço Pará
😆
A work of art sir. Well done.
Sweet sounds like my 360 Jeep cruising down the interstate that is one awesome sound 👍👍

Sounds awesome!
What Cam and specifications does it have? AWESOME!
😎💯✌totaly served you man..staight up
This sounds real nice what mufflers do you have on this Jeep please comment back Thank you for this video
I don't think this jeep has mufflers, exhaust pipe coming directly off the headers.
Damn nice CJ
Need more info on this set up. What is the 360 from, what trans, is the engine stock?
What all do you have done to the engine ?
@patina what transmission are you running and what exhaust did you go with?
That is so bad ass I’d put polished slots and a full roll bar.
I bet that’s fun to drive
Woah.... I never knew the speedo in a CJ could go over 65! MINE never did!

What type of exhaust set up does it have. I have a 72 gladiator with the same engine and would like for it to sound lile that
Please put a balance pipe in it if you do side pipes. Listening to one side out the driver side is annoying. Smooth V8 side with a crossover.
❤❤❤🎉
Please tell me the cam, and lifter spec!

@@maxgidi9223 yes, thanks, I believe the input shaft is different and needs to be changed, but it bolts right up.
How much ? I would love it to have it
Can you tell me how much for the jeep please I’m interested in it
ha, ha, ha... 🤘..
Why put the tail pipe where a person will burn their leg on it ?

Who needs doors
Sounds like it’s running on seven cylinders !
Sounds like it is geared too high.
I wish Jeep would make retro Jeep wranglers. Note: this Jeep lacks basic safety amenities like seatbelts, power brakes, powe steering, airbags.
I keep telling people the same thing.
Jeep Wrangler “Civilian”.
@@ryanmjones25 Thank God! Oh and by the way they are all steel, not plastic. Case you want to keep and drive them forever.
