- Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
This 20-minute pilates core workout will strengthen the muscles in your center, including your abdominals, obliques and back.
