So we got Dr. Know, Daryl Jennifer, Earl Hudson, Vernon Reid, Angelo Moore, Cory Glover, and Rocky. Damn! Too bad H.R. couldn't make it. I know someone who was watching this from the heavens with a big smile and that's Adam Yauch, aka MCA from the Beastie Boys.
I also see Dirty Walt, Doug Wimbush, and Norwood back there watching.
Damn! This is awesome! Bad Brains, Fishbone, and Living Colour! Thank you for posting this!! I just wish you had kept the camera on the stage a little more and a little less on the pit, but I ain't complaining.
Yea, I was a little shaken at the start by the lack of H.R.
Angelo can do it with style though by the second song.
Edit: It's still not H.R. who I was lucky enough to hear live.

That looks like it was a legendary night. Watching Corey Glover and Angelo on stage together is extremely awesome. Only person missing is HR. Regardless, man I would have loved to have been there that night.

First got hold of a Rock For Light vinyl album in early 80's. Bad Brains became my favourite band then and still are in 2019. I remember playing Rock For Light album in early 80's to my Discharge and GBH loving mate, Phil N. He said, "It's too much for me!" - Yet when my daughter was 2 years old, she was shoutin in toddler speak for that brilliant yellow L.P! God Bless Ya, Bad Brains, from far away Britain! RIP certain folks - I shall meet ya with good vibes, on another plane... Love Yaaaaaaaa! S.

I just found this and it’s insanely good.
This was one of the best shows I've ever seen, but does anyone else remember security being really aggressive with the crowd when they were just moshing or crowd surfing? I saw this guy get choked out from behind while in the pit by them for literally no good reason. I think Angelo even called them out at some point through the set. Anyone else remember this who was there that night?

Best Afropunk weekend ever! I walked up to Barclay's from Afropunk Fest to see Prophets of Rage show.
Awesome stuff, love it... It's rather annoying that the person whom filmed it seemed more into the pit then the guys on stage, wtf... Anyrate, still great stuff.
More footage of the band and less of the pit please, we get the idea already. That would be my advice to whoever filmed this, but alas.
