Pumpkin seeds and almonds are great, following a keto diet is great for protecting your neurons and boost nuerogenises. Have you done any resistance training such as lifting weights or calisthenics (push ups, body weight squats)?
I can tell you’re lifting based on a video of you walking I watched after I watched this one….rowing is my favorite cardio but it’s neck and neck with swimming. I hope your life is getting better and better as time goes on.

That makes sense to me! I do lift weights often. I have not rowed though. My cardio usually comes from the elliptical or the hand bike
