    Hello friend, I notice my Mendi scores go way up after I do cardiovascular exercises, have you tried a rowing machine? It works many muscles and have no impact on your joints. Pumpkin seeds and almonds are great, following a keto diet is great for protecting your neurons and boost nuerogenises. Have you done any resistance training such as lifting weights or calisthenics (push ups, body weight squats)?

      That makes sense to me! I do lift weights often. I have not rowed though. My cardio usually comes from the elliptical or the hand bike

      I can tell you’re lifting based on a video of you walking I watched after I watched this one….rowing is my favorite cardio but it’s neck and neck with swimming. I hope your life is getting better and better as time goes on.
