Even with the Spur, most of the strategies are almost the same as what you see here. The main technique to know is that you can charge a Spur laser and save it for later by using the item screen to change weapons. The current WR on the Steam version uses the Spur, please feel free to take a look: ruclips.net/video/PB8IHG2IkSc/видео.html By the way, I'm using the Machine Gun mostly as an experiment. Using the Spur is probably still slightly faster, but it's unclear because each weapon has its own advantages and disadvantages. (Sorry for the late response, and for not knowing Japanese)
