Great series, hope to see the other videos!
Coming soon!
Great tip on lifting 8ft wall at a time. I just ordered lumber for a smaller 12x16 shed -- going to use your shed series as the build instruction.
Work safely and have fun!
Love to see both kids being proficient with power tools (or at least drills). Great video series 👍
Thanks. Start small, lean big.
A nice bit of family fun and bonding ha ha ha seriously though those walls look really heavy so getting in the labour (family) to help was a good idea and a cheaper option. Well done Stan it's looking good and you get more of the size of shed when the walls are up, and boy is that a big shed.

It certainly is a sizable project. Very satisfying to build. Forgot how much I enjoyed the process.
I love the cut after "hand me my nailer, would you" but because of the cut and frame it looking like your partner did NOT move at all or get you the nailer AT ALL until one hears you using it. Very entertaining :)
Interesting observation. I hadn’t noticed that.
Nooice!
Great content…. Explaining the process 👍🏻 well done
Thank you! 👍
Great video series. Will we ever see you put the trusses up?
Yes, soon
When next video? 😁
Awesome! When measuring for the 16 on-center studs for front wall (w/ big door), do you still measure from outside wall, or from the door frame? In other words, are you always using the same method for laying out the studs, or does it ever change, if you have something centered? Always enjoy your content!
Measure every wall 16 inch on center as if it were a blank wall. Then go back and measure for doors and windows. Walls that sit inside two adjacent walls will always be measured from the outside wall framing. Sometimes you may need to push a door or window one way or the other a few inches to prevent an odd layout with a stud. I recorded a section of video where I went into this in some detail but i ended up cutting it out in the final edit.
