I tap policies but i don't have "explorer" tab, why?!

Thanks! Didn't know about explorer.exe trick =)
But it didnt solve my problem. I have 2 languages on this windows 7 and I would want to disable Alt+Shift because when I am in game alot of buttons are pushed and Alt+Shift sometimes get hit together. Fortunately I don't have to restart computer everytime it switches languages :D nice thanks again!

I am able to follow all of the steps until expanding policies. Policies doesn't expand for me to show Explorer. Any idea what i should do?

Yes, but when I "ran" into policies it didn´t go anywhere, it did not open any folder

Maybe your Window key just stuck like mine so look on it

Can't type in regedit my e brings me to a shortcut am i in the wrong cideo

Try to press Windows key & R and it should bring up "run as". From that point, type in Regedit and it should come up.
