Ahhhh man! I used to live in Berkeley on Piedmont Ave. Tilden area was my recreational running/hiking/biking playground. I miss it! Great video. 🙂

Holy Crap! Zach Rynew, you could have rode those trails with me 30 years ago. Remember white t shirt with spandex, mountain bikes with 26” wheels and rigid forks? Fairly certain that i stopped off at your house on north side a few times to play Sega Genesis on my way home.
I reference that ride we did in Tilden where I fell getting a flat wearing no shirt a lot. Kinda scared me off of dirt for a decade or two.... Message me. Love to catch up

Totally agree - that's the one change I'd make to the route!
We didn't do the top sections. Think we cut in from Euclid if i remembered correctly. Full Marin Ave is something that's reserved for going up 🤟😁
