Yes and it's actually Sad Cool Noodles (written in Chinese) where Cool refers to temperature - not attitude, fashion etc
Why is it sad?
As the lady explained, it's called "sad," cos it's ur go-to comfort food when u feel bad. Uggh feelings'll b "washed" away by the spicy yummy cool tastiness and u'll perk up!
@@shae2222 Thanks for the info.
Greg Dude - Anytime!
@@shae2222 You are nice.
I swear I read them as jellyfish noodle. In my mind, Chinese creativity never ends. LOL
I bet that sauce tastes super delicious. I would LOVE to try it.
1. Jelly noodles aren't new
2. They are not clear.
3. Your *chopsticks*
The way they hold the chopsticks...can they give them fork instead😂If they accidentally drop it and the sauce splash onto their eyes thats gonna hurt😂
Shanxi Liangpi is literally one of the best dishes ever, I love it so much!!!
What is the paste in the sauce?
Them holding their chopsticks like that made me cringe
I thought "A lot of chopsticks have instructions on the wrapper!". I was a little embarrassed for them.
Someone please give them a fork 😅
The way she was holding the chopsticks had me screaming 😱
Chopsticks sticking out of your shoulder pocket - yeah, no way that could go wrong
Just watching them cut the noodles looks amazing and the chopstick holding “ anxiety alert” haha
Looks sooooo satisfying at 0:49
0:42 isn’t that Thai writing
Skinhletinkle Lilboy yes
yep
Ikr
That’s not Thai, I can read that and I’m not Thai. I’m not even Asian. I can read Lao though, that’s Lao.
yea, that's lao ma deek
Fried kueh tiaw, kueh tiaw soup, kueh tiaw tomato and more. So tasty
I love eating this!!
As I probably can't order them anywhere in my country, I think I'm gonna try and make some
They’re-
They’re not clear
Edit: gosh dang diddly darn, y’all are more grammar nazi that me xdxd

Tarry moo neither is your future but hey we don’t criticize that now do we
These are in my country. (Pakistan) They are called "Falooda" there not clear clear but they are delicious they are topped with red sweet sauce and vanilla ice cream 🌺🌚🌺 but we eat it like a dessert.
Ooh, it's Hun kwee. We usually eat it as sweet dessert. Mix with pandan, coconut milk, sometime cocoa powder.
THE NOODLES ARE RAW!!
I thought this dish was already popular cuz I eat this every morning.
Of course I will try
The way they are holding the chopsticks, I-
The way that girl hold her chopsticks lol
I really want to eat this right now
They were gonna call them trans noodles but..
Fix Six 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
lol
omg i forgot abt this, mOm cAN wE eAT thiS AGaiN
damn this looks so *good*
looks so good
It actually tastes so good!I think it’s quite common in China and Vietnam
It looks like a good bowl of noodle. I really want to eat it. 🤤
Used to buy that on the street after school
I just saw a video on Japanese tokoroten and wow, they're a little similar but so different in the source ingredient and how they serve it.
ShangXin LiangFen actually is fresh jelly noodles in english
This is so amazing, I should try this! Yummy! 😃😊
Yes. I had no idea there was a mung bean starch.
DON'T MAKE ME HUNGRY
I'll just stick to instant noodles..
same
Each time I eat instant noodles I become super thirsty so I am just going to stick with ramen
Why the hell do I want to eat this dammit
Looks good
Yall couldnt get people who know how to use chopsticks lmao
I tasted it before like obviously cuz I’m a Chinese
yo they taste really good xd
you can find them in chinese restaurants sometimes anywhere
Aren't these the ones that help you lose weight
No, shirataki made of konjac yam. This noodles made from mung bean flour
@@askeemee6530 Still, it's pretty dietetic I guess. I think the shirataki might be non-nutritive completely.
@@leonardpearlman4017 These mung-bean starch noodles have about the same carb content as regular wheat noodles, but less protein. So not dietetic - but they taste good. You're right about the shirataki noodles.
So curious! I wanna try it
The comments are making me laugh so much, but why does holding chopsticks right matter? The _anxiety_ is starting to get unoriginal, and *heck* , my mom can't use chopsticks properly, and I bet she's older than these two! So, please, just try to enjoy the video. Edit: I've tried these. They're really good!
Now all i ate for breakfast is jelly lol
I think you are holding those chopsticks really close and really wrong
Im mad now
are the noodles made from mung bean starch harder than the one made from potato starch ?
do they taste like noodles? i know that its an obvious question but like how do they taste like
noodles
Kodak Black 💀
Ever had pho rice noodles? Basically that.
Rice
I mean noodles dont have taste until you add the flavouring so it would be tastless until you add all the sauce n stuff.
in indonesia it is called kwetiaw, it actually goes well with spice it's pretty good :)
I thought it was real jellyfish ✨
Omg I know how to make this it's sooo easy!
When I looked at the thumbnail I thought it was a Jelly fish
i think you have the definition of seconds wrong
Why are they holding their chopsticks like that👁️👄👁️
LIANG FEN IS SOOO FRIGGIN GOOD i eat them a lot because my fmily friend makes them very well
00:1 to 00:5
Top 10 most satisfying things in the world
It's actually a very cheap and easy food and we can find it everywhere here so almost everyone has eaten it xD
The way the hold the chopsticks though...
It makes me so uncomfortable being a person who uses chopsticks pretty much on a daily basis
Chopstick holding skills 💯💯💯
Is it kway teow? It’s similar to a type of noodle in Singapore 🇸🇬
Reminds of green bean starch noodles or shangxin liangfen
its supposed to just be called LiangFen though
For a minute I thought it said "made of jelly fish.."
* Reading the comments * Why are so many people talking about how they hold their chopsticks, people hold pencils differently and forks
Does it dissolve and gets real squishy when you put it hot water??!?!??. Is it good idea to put it straight in the boling soup ?!?!?!?
So oddly satisfy
chopsticks shouldn't treated like this
0:20 bro that's not how you hold those chopsticks-
These are a popular Uzbek food as well, from Kashgar which was Uzbekistan but China occupied the area
ppl, char kway teow is rice noodles, these are mung been noodles, which is basically glass noodles(fensi)
YUMMY!
I’ve had them before they have a weird texture 🤔
Why are they holding their chopsticks like that
it's called "kweitaw" in indonesia
Kuetiau *the name*
Yep. Is kueh teow. Wtf man.. so many jakun ppl
Kuetiau, kueh tiow, kuay teow, kwetiau, or anything its name are made by rice flour, the one in the video is diffrent
oh my god the way they hold the chopsticks
did you just learn about this now
people thought this was special? I have these every week.
Hold your chopsticks around the middle not the end
I thought it was made out of jellyfish...
Their use of chopsticks leaves something to be desired. Not gonna lie, bugged the Asian out of me.
I hoped for the recipe !!(
I've tried it, but not in China. The noodles were dried and very thin, I had to boil them.
I love liang fen i always eat this
Hi can you tell me where I can order the noodle shaver you have there?
i thought they were made out of jellyfish.. lol
The term “sad jelly noodle” probably came from google translate
This is what I saw in my spring roll from Panda Express.
its called "KWETIAW" in indonesia
