I remember an over the top bloody sketch from late last year about a medieval blood pact goes hilariously wrong (with Brendan Gleeson). I did not think that was allowed on SNL but they really sprayed the whole set and cast with loads of fake blood and it was very morbid
I saw him live in Bozeman a few months ago and his whole hour was phenomenal. My friends and I thought he would make it big soon. So happy to see him get a shot! Hopefully it leads to more opportunities

This is the most I've liked a comic this young and way up there just overall. I know everyone says Chappelle just crushed it at 18 and I obviously believe that as Dave is the GOAT but this kid has to be close to second as far as starting off poised and funny from the jump

I think, like most people, I have an instant bias against new SNL cast members, think they're probably not that funny. But I've seen this guy on Weekend Update and damn he's hilarious. He gives off old school comedian vibes with his deadpan delivery

Comedians have always done so to hone their skills and see what sticks and what doesn't. This is only a problem due to social media. Under "normal" circumstances, this would be fresh material.
They all do this. Do you understand how hard it would be to write a completely new set all the time? No comedian does that.. They atleast use the same material for a year or so.

I've noticed that a lot comedians tend to reuse jokes , I mean it's fine but hearing the same joke gets redundant yet he still manage to crack me ups
