I highly recommend this as a beginner song, I don't play the piano and I have trouble remembering the order of things, but I learned this fairly quickly! The left hand is really friendly, and for the parts where you repeat the the notes during the chorus you can just make the notes long like normal (like me, because I'm lazy XD) Also the harmonies are really satisfying and the different hand placements are minimal and really easy to figure out :D

thanks, as soon as i move out i kinda want to play piano, and since 'we did not start the fire' is pretty much hard as hell, i have a really great alternative if i go for it.

Actually this is a simple chord play... If you are a beginner you can play any song with simple chord... You can watch other pianist played Pompeii with intermediate chord...
