Try not to touch the actual bulb, also the plug in wire goes to 12 volts and the housing acts as ground

I don't have the part number on hand, and will try to look it up.
However, do you have one of the screws on hand?
If so, run to your local dealer or junk yard and see if they can match up what they have in stock.
You can also go to a nut and bolt manufacturer and have them spec a similar or cut you new ones.
