      This pan is by Cu Artigiana, but it's hard to find. Ruffoni is a similar brand that I love and it's available at Williams Sonoma :)

    cant wait to make this soon for me can i use vegan butter / mushrooms and skip sweet red bell pepper as am not a big fan of red bell pepper i never had easy braised cabbage sausage before perfect for my after office meals

      Yes, this will work great with vegan butter or you can just use cooking oil. Feel free to make this without the peppers and add your favorite veggies!

I'm smoking up a storm here on the farm and I'm experimenting on many types of meats.Different ways to prepare then from other countries.if I may with your permission leave a smoked meat experiment using many herbs and spices from your culture..I'll be very specific on prep. ingredients. smoke time temp an what I used for smoke flavor.,I dont want to leave it here on your youtube channel.this is your kitchen Tatyana, where do you want me to place such a meal.

    I'm pretty shallow. Cabbage and sausage doesn't sound as appealing as sausage and cabbage. Sell the "sizzle" girl! Wooo! 😉😁
