    I have tried Hong Kong or Chinese spring rolls, Vietnamese rice spring rolls and egg rolls, these Ukrainian Turkey Cabbage Rolls look delicious and nutritious, as the cream tomato sauce makes the texture of the cabbage even tender.

    Hi Tatyana, I would love to try your recipe but we don't like sour cream, is there another ingredient that would replace sour cream? here in quebec we don't sell napa cabbage, what other kind of cabbage can we take? I'm guessing you can freeze leftovers too? Thank you for sharing your beautiful recipes and have a nice weekend!

    • @TatyanasEverydayFood
      @TatyanasEverydayFood  Год назад

      Hi! Not to worry! You can replace the sour cream with heavy cream. In place of Napa cabbage, you can use regular cabbage. You'll just need to cook it for a few minutes longer. And the leftovers will freeze quite nicely. Enjoy! :)

    Tatyana, I tried to do the orange curd recipe using ur lemon curd video substituting the lemon for orange, and ir came out to sweet, please help! What should I ad to reduce sweetness?

    • @TatyanasEverydayFood
      @TatyanasEverydayFood  Год назад +1

      Hi! Orange juice isn't as sour and acidic as lemon juice, so it will be sweeter. I would do half lemon, half orange juice, then add orange zest to the curd once it's done. This way, you'll have lots of orange flavor and it won't be too sweet.
