Thank you and yes it can be challenging if you can’t handle sciences. Math I wouldn’t worry to much about because it’s laboratory mathematics and thats pretty straight forward once you learn the formulas.

do all mlts have to draw blood? it’s a fear of mine but I’m really interested in this career.
Yes medical laboratory technicians have to draw blood. It’s part of the program and the placement requirements. But don’t worry I had the same fear and got over it quickly.
MLT's yes, however if you went to standard chemical or pharmaceutical lab tech (very similar qualification, very similar training), you don't have to.

Or can i get my certificate as a medical laboratory technician by my own diploma in iraq !? Or its necessary to have another dimlopa from an Ontario college?

I see where you said medical lab technicians work under a physician, lab manager, or medical technologist. Are they always hover over you or do you work the majority a lone?
You mostly work independently unless of course you need assistance.

Medical lab technicians do not work as researchers. Also Medical lab technicians work under the supervision of a physician, lab manager, or medical technologist
