This is exactly what I was looking for! I just watched a bunch of videos trying to get a better idea of how things worked behind the scenes and this is the best one. Thank you! And for what y'all do in general too.
This is a HUGE lab, the lab in my small town hospital is a good bit less automated, that said there's still as much automation as they could afford. You will end up doing a good bit of machine maintenance, and quality control/quality assurance in any hospital like this.
Hi how are you my name is Rahammdin Ahmadzai from Afghanistan I am medical laboratories technician I has 10 years experience in laboratory I want to job can you help me I am currently in Afghanistan
I arrived Abidjan, am a laboratory scientist preparing to establish a laboratory for services when I played your video I said to myself this is what I want, i wish I could have this Morden equipments, this is great I love this, keep saving lives.
I used to do this kind of work, particularly the specimen reception part with the pods (a.k.a. canisters) coming through the pneumatic tube system, and the following time stampoing and triage. Trying to get back into it again after a stint as a scullion.
I wish I could work in this lab..My lab is too small and I am only one person to do all Hematology and Biochemistry, Microbiology tests. Very nice Lab by the way you have.
Good. But sorry to say I work in clinical lab, one and foremost thing is PPE, your biomedical scientist handling analyzers and samples without gloves ????? I work in Private company but we never enter the area without proper PPE everytime.
@@TheDoctorOfWar-k1v then you do not follow GCP/GLP rules, PPE should be worn must especially gloves in clinical lab to prevent hazards/spread of contamination. Your company is not following PPE, Health and safety properly. Clinical Labs should follow ICH rules. I am not saying I am a quality controller but as an individual working in clinical lab , one should maintain safety, PPE.
Coolest job ever, I also want to a medical biology resident, but first I have to pass my residency exam, it's pretty narrow as we don't have many spots for candidates, it doesn't usually surpass 15 spot, but I'm certain with my good level and disciplined work I can do it, it's definitely not impossible, if I get it I'm going to the happiest man alive.
