As someone who does youtube for a living and is constantly looking for ways to stay awake, this was super useful. As a side note, I think if you worked on packaging and layout a bit better you could easily be averaging 10k views with the odd viral. With a niche like this 10k would be a lot. Convert that to a course on how to eat healthy and stay balanced and you'd have a small business. Just a suggestion :) Thanks for the info

I am 52. Appreciate your researching these drinks. Very good job describing the Celcius health content, or lack thereof. About two years ago, these drinks appeared in the vending machine. I was tryiing not to drink soda, so I eventually chose these, even at the cost of $5.30 a can. When I down one, they taste good and do not cause the sugar high I get with soft drinks, Coke or Pepsi. Unlike Coke or Pepsi, in my opinion, they are also consumable almost as easily as water. After drinking quite a few of them, I started to question the rationale and realize maybe I am falling for the packing and brand name Celcius, versus, Red Bull, thinking the name Celcius somehow implies healthy.

I drank Celsius at 7pm forgetting that it is an energy drink and I stayed up the whole night until 6am! Was the worse experience ever 😅 My mom got some free from the grocery store and so it seemed like the time to try it! I am genuinely so stupid for drinking it because I thought it would be like a soft drink just because it tastes like one. Boy is that wrong!!Personally I’m not a caffeine drinker of coffee, energy drinks, and soda (maybe once a week). And also I am a teenager so this really messed me up and my body was not prepared 😂

I drank a Celsius at 6pm one time and ended up falling asleep at normal bedtime hours still. 😢

Around the holidays I check my weight out of curiosity to see how much weight I gain. Before Thanksgiving week I was 227 lbs, after Thanksgiving week 228 lbs. During thanksgiving week I had off and I switched to eating one big meal a day.
On to Christmas week, which I had off too. Before Christmas 226 lbs. So during Christmas and New years I had a lot of food. So much food that I thought for sure I was probably at 230 lbs. So I jump on the scale and I am at 224 lbs. How did I lose 2 lbs, when I anticipated around gaining 5 lbs?
I brainstormed this for a couple of days and determined the only thing different that I did was discovered that I tried Celsius and liked the flavor so I tried other flavors in place of drinking coffee. I estimate I drink about 500 mg of caffeine every day just from coffee.
So I continued with my one meal a day and one Celsius a day since then and I am down to 210 lbs. I am not saying Celsius is the only reason why I lost the weight, but it appears to be working to some effect as I have been losing weight and I don't feel hungry at all. That's the most interesting part, ever since I started drinking it I only eat because it's my normal time of the day to eat my one meal. I am getting zero side effects from drinking it. I also found that this is one of the only energy drinks that my heart doesn't feel like it's racing, my hands aren't shaky, and I get no crash from.
So I am checking out videos on the topic of Celsius to see if anyone else has saw any results similar to this. I am feeling great, have tons of energy, and don't feel as tired or lethargic as before.

So your body gets rid of any extra vitamins, making it worthless to take more than needed. But, taking too much caffeine, your body overdoses? Our body's are really interesting.

Thats weird, this is the one drink i have occasionally and i dont get shaky, no energy from it either, it wakes me up a bit but theres no caffinated energy feeling to as if you had coffee and i dont feel hungery afterwords, it takes that feeling away. Energy drinks like Reign, or the Bucked out energy drink will have me going having that jittery feeling you described, also, a tip to get rid of the jitter feeling, do some cardio workout, youre getting it basically because your body has all that energy and wants to move around, listen to your body, thats why as you stated it goes away when you start moving around, take advantage of that feeling. but dont rely on energy drinks either, its okay to have it here and there occaionally but dont have it a lot. Another thing, your body probably gets jittery due to not being used to it, it needs time to adapt to that feeling, after awhile you have it and wont get jittery, used to happen when id drink coffee, try to avoid coffee nowadays but when i do i dont get jitters from it, if i did by any chance i know straight away to start doing some cardio work, jumping jacks, jumping rope if you have one some jogging, if you take up martial arts and even if you dont you can shadow box, even as something as simple as walking and taking deep breaths will do the trick but be patient, the feeling doesnt just go away takes a bit of time
