    Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Your ability to verbalize and demonstrate the analysis of motion incorporated with anatomy/physiology is phenomenal.

    Like the comparison with a bucket of water. Excellent way to describe controlling the KB. Great instruction.

    Thanks for this. My question is why this doesn’t look as much like an athletic motion as with a barbell. But I like how you contrast w the swing where it goes so far out.

    • @kettlebellmusclegain

      Depends how heavy you go. Lots of variables. Also with unilateral KB you train perhaps even more athletic movement than barbell due to rotational work. You can do squat cleans as well.

    Which muscle are being trained when you do power clean? Cuz its not really hip hinge movement. So trained more like a squat?

    • @kettlebellmusclegain
      @kettlebellmusclegain  3 года назад +1

      Yes theres more quad involvement but theres still hip extension etc.

    dude any chance you could please do a video on the kettle bell press.. in the past really struggled with 32kg just with a technical press, in the end I got totally obsessed with it and ended up injuring my front delt/rotator cuff.. I'm now scared of pressing kettlebells and am missing out... I think the injury was caused by pressing inform of my body and not engaging my rhomboids (think this is correct) between my shoulders like I would with strict military press.. would love you to do one of your super technical videos on purely kettlebell press and how to maintain shoulder health.. cheers G

      I'm going to have to say the kettlebellsUSa. Paradigm Pro Elite are my favorite for long cycle, followed by a close second for VF Precision in Snatch.
