    Hi Joe, love your programs. I'm re visiting the fundamentals program. I done the clean in front of the mirror and noticed in the rack position my spine curves to the right or left depending on which side has the kettlebell.
    Is that normal or should you strive for neutral.
    It when I'm pushing my elbow down in the rack I'm curving.

      Yes that happens.you can try to stand upright you will just be much more stiff.. muscles of the trunk should always be engaged though no matter what

    The ultimate secret of this video.....the bell was actually 40kg and you just man handled it for a 9min demo. :)
