  • In this exclusive video, I take you inside a federal sentencing hearing in Santa Ana, California. I interviewed my friend and defense attorney, Diane Bass, who successfully represented our client through this tax evasion case. White Collar Advice worked with Diane to help get our client a reduced sentence of just six months in federal prison.
Despite the client's tax evasion of over $3 million and a scheme that went on for many years, Diane was able to position our client for the best possible outcome at sentencing. The guidelines called for a sentence of at least 24 months in federal prison. The government asked for a sentence of 12 months and 1 day.
I must stress our client was willing to do the hard work from day one. He immediately accepted responsibility, expressed genuine remorse, paid back the taxes owed, volunteered, and shared his remarkable life story and lessons learned with the Judge.
Many people in our community regret the lawyers they hired because they feel ignored and forgotten. Diane Bass stands out as an exception. She is highly respected and a talented speaker and writer. I know from working with her for so many years that Diane is known for her responsiveness to clients--she also embraces teamwork and collaboration. Her focus is always on the client and their needs. Simply said, she is a terrific lawyer. I would know--we have worked with thousands.
Diane and I hope you find value in our sentencing video from Santa Ana, CA! Take advantage of this valuable insight to prepare yourself to get the shortest sentence possible. And if you need a great lawyer call Diane at 949-494-7011.
    Best,
    Justin

If you didn't have these oppressive taxes in the USA, many of these federal district court judges would have an empty calendar.

Justin. I’m glad if your making $ off others misery. What a world we live in. I’m still disappointed when you were with Lindsey Chrisley. You really let her dictate and you could of pointed out a lot of issues with her. The fact her parents kept lying you say to just come clean but you didn’t do that with her. Why.

NO ONE in this country can be prosecuted and/or convicted for "tax evation" IF you know the law which says TAXABLE YEARS ENDED AUGUST 16 1954!!! Google 26 CFR 1.0-1 paragraph (d) of the IRC of 1954 clearly says TAXABLE YEARS began December 31 1953 and ENDED AUGUST 16 1954 passed into LAW by the 83rd Congress AS LAW and published AS Volume 68A in the United States Statutes at Large....as LAW. Any Subtitle F compliant enforcement provisions took effect the day AFTER the date of ENACTMENT which was August 17 1954 but on that day there was NO TAX TO ENFORCE AS the tax died expired the day before which was August 16 1954!! There has NOT BEEN AN ENFORCEABLE LEGAL INCOME TAX in this country for 70 YEARS!!!

Will the courts seize millions in rental properties from a convicted felon who owes over 5 million in restitution? The properties were left to this person from a family member that died during this person’s criminal investigation and indictment.
