      It's an absolute disgrace that something like this would ever happen.
      The fact that it was a journalist from The Atlanta Journal Constitution was even more shocking. I was born and raised in Marietta and live very close to the AJC. I can remember the paper would be delivered every day and everyone got it because it was such a well respected paper. Now it's as if the journalist have zero respect for the Rule of Law. She even admitted that she knew she wasn't supposed to speak or have contact with the jurors and yet she still did it. What does that say about her character? I’ve always thought the most difficult part of the jury’s decisions would be about Jospeh, not Jennifer. My concern has been-are they able to convict Jennifer or whatever counts they agree on, if they are unable to agree about those counts regarding Joseph? I’ve been worried if they couldn’t reach a consensus regarding Jospeh, it might mean a mistrial for both. Is that wrong, I hope?

    • @Jinxs-Journey
      @Jinxs-Journey 5 лет назад +3

      Destiny Myers I think it maybe hung on Joseph or a not guilty on some counts due to them not understanding the charges. Ie having knowledge means ur culpable which I don’t think the jury understand and he doesn’t have to be there to commit the crime, treating the bruises is enough to convict him of allowing that crime to happen. Understand it’s hard for the jury but surely they understand with what they had explained to them as to why he is charged as well.
