I have been harvesting Dandelions from my allotment, I seperate them when I dig ip the weeds, let the roots dry a bit in the sunshine, then roast for 20mins and chop up, & make tea. ❤
Do not roast any plant. It destroys it. It does not need to be dried, unless you want to use it in winter months. Put in distilled hot water w a lid. 15 steep, drink fresh. It does not need roasting or drying. Try it! Quit believing the books on processing it.

Was burdock root mentioned? I didn’t see it. I drink burdock root detox tea twice a week and green tea with lemon daily. Last time I was drinking aloe juice regularly, I ended up having to have my gallbladder removed! Idk if that really had anything to do with it or not? Sure was strange though that I started having issues after I bought a jug and started drinking a little of it daily. I use wheatgrass drops under my tongue once a week now. I also use black seed oil drops under my tongue twice a week. I know the liver is very important.

Totally agree with the bio carbonated soda, Very effective with getting rid of pesticides, Just let any vegetables and fruits soak in a bath of bio carbonated soda for 5 minutes . Scrub with a nail brush and rinse under cold water.

I am aware of the pesticide but not the chemical. I wash my fruits and vegetables with vineger and baking soda. I soak the fruits and vegetables with water vineger and baking soda for 15 minutes and rinse them with clean water. Take care

Do not roast any plant. It destroys it. It does not need to be dried, unless you want to use it in winter months. Put in distilled hot water w a lid. 15 steep, drink fresh. It does not need roasting or drying. Try it! Quit believing the books on processing it.

Was burdock root mentioned? I didn’t see it. I drink burdock root detox tea twice a week and green tea with lemon daily. Last time I was drinking aloe juice regularly, I ended up having to have my gallbladder removed! Idk if that really had anything to do with it or not? Sure was strange though that I started having issues after I bought a jug and started drinking a little of it daily. I use wheatgrass drops under my tongue once a week now. I also use black seed oil drops under my tongue twice a week. I know the liver is very important.
These are all great suggestions, if you're wealthy or well off. I am a senior with a very small amount of money coming in, so I guess I will be suffering for a long time.

I use both Aloe vera gel and castor oil for that. I clean first with the aloe, wait a couple minutes then go over with castor oil. Bless🫶🏽

Totally agree with the bio carbonated soda, Very effective with getting rid of pesticides, Just let any vegetables and fruits soak in a bath of bio carbonated soda for 5 minutes .

On my ... I love lemons. I use them almost in anything. I drink lemon water in the morning... but I didn't not about the chemical that they spray on lemons. I am aware of the pesticide but not the chemical.
I wash my fruits and vegetables with vineger and baking soda. I soak the fruits and vegetables with water vineger and baking soda for 15 minutes and rinse them with clean water.
