@Gabrielle-g4o According to @motivationaldoc on this platform (look him up, too) 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne (capsaicin) for healthy arteries will do it. He adds it to warm water with honey and lemon.
Also, 1 clove of garlic daily is all we need for BP. I read in the comments there, to chew the clove, others take allicin tablets to reduce the smell, for plaque build-up. Allicin is what's in garlic that's beneficial. (I'd like to go that route, but cost today. lol)

Oddly enough,I do everything right to combat my high blood pressure -and I mean all of it. Meanwhile,I have high BP and the majority of those around me who live on total garbage, highly processed foods and their blood pressure is just fine. They have changed the definition of what high BP is as well over the years, which I believe is to push pharmaceutical drugs.

Finally, I found someone like me! I think we are special cases!
I've been intermittent fasting since August '23 and lost 40 ibs by January '24 (150 ibs). It "seems" to have helped a little! What do I mean? I take 4 pills daily! I sometimes need to skip one day in 7 to raise my BP a little bit! I was never able to skip before I began fasting and weight loss! I'm a pescatarian since 1995, I juice daily also, exercise, no smoking, no sugar, very little or no salt on my food! I've tried different supplements for BP like beets, garlic and others. I eat bananas daily because I don't eat anything from a bag or box! All fruit and veggies! Anyway, I live a clean life when it comes to diet. And most importantly, I gather my own spring water. No sodas or alcohol. I was checked by a specialist during the covid startup and she found only a problem testing for sodium! I told her that I didn't eat any! 😂 I do add small amounts to my diet now that she told me!
I know others are reading this comment, so if anyone have any weird ideas that they can verify helps. Feel free to share!
Hey friend, keep your head up! We can do this! Peace ✌️

I'm very picky about the salt I use & use the clean salt from original source.
Celtic salt is evaporated out in the open space & besides 80 minerals Celtic salt has too much birds excrements providing too much fungus like Criptococus Neoformas & Candida Albicans. Anything Sun dried I pass on .
Sea salt has too much Nano plastic particles worse than Micro plastics from plastic waste churning against the sand & rocks in the ocean.
Himalayan pink color is from Beet juice sprinkled on rock mined salt. Just think about entire world's demand for Himalayan Pink salt would bring entire Himalayan mountains down flat like Australian Outback .
The best is DEEP mined Salt like Redmond , Windsor deep mine, Central South of Europe very old salt mines in South Poland is just one of those mines. Supposedly has health benefits & is used for therapeutic baths & breathing the salt vapor while sleeping underground deep in the old parts of salt mine. They have hospital beds underground for people with respiratory tract ailments.....

My life has been amazing. Every time I add them back. I feel horrible again. It’s simple. Less carbs less plants and their toxins more life and a happy one. No aches and pains. No brain fog. No gut and joint inflammation. Better sleep. More energy. Just a better improvement on my life.
