Went to the new location in Newington, CT - awesome #66 with let and tom - KUDOS on staff, ordering ahead is a huge help. Long line for lunch.
My favorite part of eating the Big Kahuna is the flavor of the peppers and onions which adds complexity to overall flavor of the hot sub. Its so delicious!

@EDandAJ I agree I even have the same trouble at home with the sliced cheese I have resorted to using a fork to separate it after getting annoyed with it.

ED: 99 with lettuce and tomatoes add oil
AJ: 99 with green peppers instead of regular + grilled BP
@@EDandAJ I don't like green peppers, but ED I will definitely try your suggestion of the 99 with lettuce, tomatoes and oil added next time I go to Jersey Mike's. Thanks guys!!!
@@EDandAJ ED, I tried your favorite. 👍🏽 It was really good. A bit messy but really good. Will definitely get again. I also got some CPR on the side 😁. Love the CPR at Jersey Mike's. Wish I could buy it by the jar. 😂
They never warm the bread where I live 😢
I know it takes longer but you guys should Star your cheese beforehand so it’s easier to grab on the fly. Definitely helps during rushes
We used to. But I think you save more time in the long run not doing it 😁
@@EDandAJ With the amount of cheese you buy, you could probably ask the supplier to package the cheese slices with a piece of wax paper between each slice so you just pull the edge of the paper and the cheese comes up. Something similar to how your meat is supplied for your hot sandwiches.
I work at jersey mikes and that is a good idea but that would probly increase food cost and he lowkey did it out of order it’s supose to be bread paper cheese onions pepper then meat last but no body ever real does it in exact order most of the time I normally just put the cheese directly on the sub one by one
