my dad has a 77 lincoln continental, when i go to my friends place (he lives in another city) we go to the drive in with that thing, its perfect because when you fold down the front seats and move them all the way forward you have a nice coutch in the rear, and you can put your feet up! is great!
@classickc I am sorry but those car are not safe at all their are heavy peice of metal for sure but , their cant take much in a 60mph collision ,,, a crash like this is deadly
@Onneff69 i am sorry but their are not made to bent like now days smaller cars , read more about it and chec out the stats about collision in those days
@alphonce666 Lol young punk my ass. Fact is in a 60 mph collision its a miracle of god if you survive if both cars somehow hit each other head on at 60 mph accidents like that are the rarest of rare. Fact is modern car would crumble so much it would be worthless after a 20 mph collision while this would be back on the raod with minor repairs.
@alphonce666 Guess you dont know much about history. Thats a car from the late 70s It has steel reinforced doors. 7mph front fenders and 5 mph bumpers. modern cars have 2 mph bumpers and the fenders dont have any crash standards instead they crumple meaning you hit a curb you did 2000 dollars worth of damage to your toy. Maybe you were thinking of that fake video the nhts put where they rammed a modern malibu into a 59 chevy that had its engine remvoed and was rusty.
