How can I locate the exact points using coordinates?

You can drop coordinates into Google Maps and it will drop a pin in that exact spot. I haven't tried dropping in multiple pins as would be consistent with this video - I'd give Google Earth a try if you haven't yet, very easy to do there.

Can we select more than 1 'property boundary' in the same time? The location of one and another is nearby.

@reeree346 that is a good question, I am unaware as I haven't tried. I'd imagine you'd follow the same steps and create another boundary and export that as its own KMZ file. Once you import them into Google Earth you can combine multiple polygons into the same KML file if that is your goal.
