Thing not to do in Mexico: In general - Don't tell people you're from the US. - Don't use too much english, you'll get ripped off or charged double at places. (500 pesos for 3 tacos) Also exchange your Dollars to Pesos before going. - Don't wear flashy designer clothes like Gucci or MK,. You'll look wealthy and get robbed. Unless you're going to some party or wedding that's acceptable? In my expierience: - Don't get a tooth extracted in Mexico. The syringe medication isn't great and I felt so much pain vs an extraction in the US - Try not to get lost, I lost my dad for 15 minutes and I had no cell service since it doesn't work in Mexico. - if you're picky, try to eat before going. - Learn to read the bathroom signs. In the US there is triangle for MEN and circle for WOMEN but in Mexico Burger king it was written on Crowns in spanish so that made it worse. - watch where you're walking. The sidewalks are uneven and I almost tripped a few times. Don't wear sandals unless its the beach. safe travels.

I run my own business and have for 15 years employing 36 people all above minimum wage. I will not hire anyone with a a college "education" in the past five years. I've had nothing but problems with the past ones that I have. Until they get the brainwashing out of collage and get back to teaching people how to think instead of what to think, I will stick with kids straight out of high school or ones who have proven themselves in prior work experience.

There is a difference. the last guy probably is not going to make it as a computer scientist, he is bragging about trying to get a job in a over-saturated which means his skill will be a dime a dozen compared to everyone else. A degree will not help that. He should look at a different path. he obviously does not very good communications skills or thinking skills. also, guess what, AI is just a fancy name for a computer program. We had "AI" (I am a software/system engineer) back in the 1970's (fly an autonomous cruise missile thousands of miles and hit a small target). it is just that computers have a lot more speed and memory than in the 1970's. Someone still is going to have to write those "programs"/AI.
