I have tinnitus and I don't have loss of audition either! I took some medication and supplements and it never went away. Honestly, you just learn to live with it; eventually you barely notice that it's there, and you have to focus on it to hear it. It does tend to get louder if you are congested, sick or with allergies. But it's one of those things that the less you think about it the better.
I've heard that white noises can help to mask the sound - I personally can't stand those noises so I never tried.
    Hang in there Cozygirl!

I also recommend concert earplugs when in loud environments. I have noise sensitivity issues due to tinnitus. Mine gets worse at night. I use a fan to help with white noise

I've had tinnitus for a number of years too, without any loss of hearing! It takes a while and it can be hard, but I've found it gets a lot easier to deal with as time goes by. Like the sound of traffic on a busy road, you learn to drown it out. When you're overly tired or ill, that's when it tends to be at its worst.
You might find a fan at night, or white noise machine or even just background music/a podcast help you ignore the sound of tinnitus so you can settle to sleep easier. I like listening to podcasts where the hosts chatter, as this kind of background noise soothes me. The better you rest, the easier you'll find you manage it. And after a number of years, I barely notice it unless I'm actively thinking about it.
I hope yours heals and goes away. But if it doesn't, the way you manage it will improve. Our brains are good at tuning out background noise over time.

One day I saw myself in the mirror and I didn't like the person on the outside, I couldn't recognize myself anymore, so I started to write a diet diary so I can trace it back what when wrong with my eating habits. And now with the help of my dietician I lost 20 kilos!
But don't be hard on yourself, it's nice to have a delicious treat from time to time. 🍫🤗
Thank you for sharing your vlog again!!❤️🥰🤗

I have suffered from tinnitusfor many years, it is the pits when I go to bed at night and put my head on the pillow. I have been able to learn to live with it, I wear hearing aids now because I am 50% deaf in both ears and with them on it is not noticeable.

Hope you get better! I've had tinnitus for many years, at the beginning it was very distracting and caused me lots of anxiety. I went to physical therapy for an unrelated issue and the neck and shoulder excersizes helped me an incredible amount! My ringing lessened and while I was attending the therapy lessons it went away completely. Since that time it's obvious that my neck is not the best and I need to pay attention to it, do excersizes, get some massages (even just from family members). Now I rarely hear the ringing and it's much less loud, if its getting louder I'm sure some neck stiffnes will follow and it does. So please, if nothing else helps and it's not going away, try going to the orthopedic doctor too and asking for physical therapy options available for you. Take care!

I had tinnitus but maybe not as severe as yours. I only heard it at night, when I lived in the city, or when I listen to very loud music. It was also during work. In vacation it tends to go away. Maybe it is stress also. I have now moved to the countryside, and notice that the natural sounds, trees in the wind, crickets, chirping, normal day and night time sounds, help cover the tinnitus and I can get to sleep more normal. If I don't pay attention to it, I can barely notice it any more. Sorry you have distress. I know it was awful at first. Feel better!! ❤❤

I've had tinnitus for 4 years now without hearing loss. Your brain adapts. There are good days and not so good ones. Things that help me feel better are a good night sleep, stress management, keep focused on something else, try your best to ignore the ringing or buzzing or using a white noise machine, a fan or even thunderstorm sound to sleep. So sorry you have developed tinitus. Fighting!

I've had tinnitus since I was 14. I thought it was normal until I told my parents and they said it wasn't normal at all. I've seen many doctors & ear specialists about it. They gave me some medication that was supposed to lessen the symptoms but it didn't go away. Nowadays, it's not that noticeable except when I'm very stressed so I've just learnt to live with it...
Some advice that I've been given by doctors are not to listen to music too loudly using earphones & limit how long I'm using earphones. I've switched to headphones that cover my ears instead so there's less pressure on my ears. Also, don't use cotton buds to clean your ears!

I have tinnitus occasionally. For me, I realized it was related to my stress, lack of sleep, high blood pressure, and iron and other vitamin deficiencies. I also started going to a chiropractor and it helped a lot! mostly because of sitting at the desk working had compressed my neck and spine. Now that I've addressed those issues by adding in meditation, making sure I sleep a decent amount of hours, keeping my salt intake low, taking vitamins, and going 1x a week to my chiro I haven't had as much of an issue. I went from experiencing it every day to maybe 3-4x a year. I hope that helps!

Hi cozygirl, some people get their tinnitus treated through an upper cervical chiropractor. Could possibly be due to a stiff or crooked cervical, worth checking it out and get an x ray done if needed!

I hope your ears get better 🥺 if not, like many people said, somehow you learn to live with it. my husband has had tinnitus for more than 25 years and he hardly ever notices it. but it gets more noticeable with stress or lack of sleep, be careful about managing that.
for the diet, if you wanna reduce carbs, things like corn, oats, sweet potato, and actual sugar should be on the 금지 foods list too 😛😘
and 1,5kg in 6 days is a good result! weightloss should be done in a healthy way even if it's slower. please don't ever try the water diet that is becoming trendy in Korea ㅠㅠ

Low iron from diet, dehydration, Ear infections.. all kinds of things can cause it if you haven't already had it since early in life. I've had tinnitus since I was a child and those things will aggravate it.

I've had ear noise for three years. 😢Sometimes the noise was louder and sometimes it was quieter. There were days when there was no noise at all, but then it appeared again. About a year ago I had the same audiogram as you did. And also I had my first attack of severe vertigo. The audiogram showed that my hearing was below normal.(( The doctor suggested it could be meniere's disease or labyrinthopathy. I've had an MRI with delayed contrast and a CT scan. The doctor's fears were confirmed. The doctor put me on medication and it's working. I have been taking the medicine for seven months now. Since March, the ear noise has been gone. I'm happy. I hope you're doing well! Get well! 😊

hey Cozygirl! I started having the same issues as you when I was listening to some music (at a reasonable volume too) back in Nov 2023. The tinnitus was so loud in my right ear, that I immediately got it checked and also cleaned. No improvements, and eventually, the doctors also started seeing fluid. We had no idea what was going on, but we did many steps to rule things out - and you did a good job by doing a hearing test. It is now June 2024, and the tinnitus almost gone - after so many tests, we found out the main cause (I had ETD, aka eustachian tube dysfunction). If you'd like to chat more about it, please feel free to ask - happy to share all the steps that I took to finally find the right treatment.

    • @XavierdelaCruzKris
      @XavierdelaCruzKris Месяц назад

@_uuu_ We ruled out many things, including taking an MRI scan for neuromas. In the end, it was caused by new allergies I've developed around Nov. I am now on Ryaltris, and it's been solving my issue.
In short, you have to find the cause, in order to get the right treatment.
      I wish you the best!

    • @XavierdelaCruzKris
      @XavierdelaCruzKris Месяц назад

@_uuu_ Probably for half a year! Yes, I was also told that it was rare, but I just wanted to rule it out. All the best to you as well! Thank you for letting me know about the Ryaltris - I'll make sure to ask my doctor. I am sure CozyGirl will get through this too. :)

I've had tinnitus as a side effect for some middle ear infections when i was younger, and it sucks. I haven't really had any big hear loss but it does get worse when I have big levels of stress, when I go out to clubs/cinema (loud places), when my blood pressure gets high, when I get sick (flu, cold), drinking too much coffee/tea, or even not sleeping well. But it's not that bad in a day to day life. Like some of the other comments have said, it can be mostly ignored. However, I would check out any other infection you might have with an otolaryngologist.
