Oh, yes. The summary of Access Hollywood tapes, where both are doing some locker room talk, is insufficient evidence, and the judge will throw it out in a heartbeat. I've done my share of paralegal work, worked closely with lawyers, and been in court plenty of times on the plaintiff side.

I’m struck by the way Trump’s rise and fall are tied to women, which sort of explains his misogyny. He depended on women like Hope, his personal assistant Lorna, his daughters and daughters-in-law, Cassidy Hutchinson, MTG, and many others.
