I'm glad you enjoyed this adventure :D
and I do like some death metal here and there ;) I'm super diverse now.
I love the craziness of Igorrr. After several listens it can even make some sense ;) Most of their music is crazy, but they do have some "civilized" songs like Tout Petit Moineau ("tiny bird").
I read that the title "ieuD" is an anagram of "dieu", which means "god" in French. Oh, and the lyrics are in a language that they made up! :P but even when you translate this song from their language, you see that it doesn't make any sense, it's almost random words :P
I haven't read about the origin of the name "Igorrr" though! this was very cool :D
It was funny that when Wolf said "No I'm..." that sounded quite like my name ;)

You're overthinking "Igorrr".
It's just "Igor" - quite popular male name in Slavic countries just with additional "RRR".
Hm. Actually a fun part exists.
In many Slavic languages all consonants have "soft" and "hard" form. That's one of difficult thing for English/French/German/Spanish/Italian students.
"Igor" is actually "Игорь" with "soft R" on the end.
But "RRR" is something like "super-hardest R"
French guy here... the avant-garde electro music is strong here : psytrance, hardstyle, hardtek, liquid, breakcore... Igorrr is one hell of a representative of what we have to offer though I'd have gone with Tout Petit Moineau instead. But that's maybe because it's the song with which I discovered him and it holds a special place for me.

all music is strong in your country. Every time I find a new band I love they are french. From simple acoustic to your jazz and metal/doom. excellent place for music.
You should check out Corpo-mente at Improv Studios performing Ort. It features Laure (female lead from Igorrr) as the main vocalist.

I'm so confused, but in an incredibly satisfying way. Igorrr seems like the kind of artist that needs to be listened to several times over to fully grasp what's going on. That statement after the song had ended, about the relation between the "randomness" of the music and synesthesia, really made things click for me and helped to create a more enjoyable experience.
You two really do have a relationship that is to be admired and envied. And while I usually try to refrain from commenting on a woman's looks (no one likes to be reduced to only their physical appearance), I just can't help myself here. From one woman to another, may I just add: Sistah, you look absolutely stunning. Neck up - those hair buns are cute as a button. Neck down - sexy diva extraordinaire. You're beautiful -- outside and, more importantly, in. I hope you always know that.
I love to watch reaction videos of Igorrr. Often interesting and funny. I myself discovered his music recently and loved it right away ( I’m used to various extreme genres in prog, metal and techno ).
But I have to say your video is, by far, the most interesting and cool to watch. You documented yourselves, listened without pausing, just being so much into it, and then discussed about it honestly and with interesting and valid arguments, and with, again by far, the best editing.
You being such a sweet couple is a great bonus. I definitely have to watch more of your videos.

Igorrr has so much humour in their songs... its pretty great how you describe it... in the middle of the whole creepy serious stuff they hits you with a single funny half of a second, and keeps going..

I cried from laughing! Great reaction video as always! Getting a glimpse in all those different styles of music reminded me of The Greatest Show On Earth. Oh, and I loved that you played Clubbed To Death.
But I had to cover parts of the lower screen with my hand, when you talked about Synesthesia. I have it, too. The number-colour-matching does not fit my experience and made me uncomfortable: A red 3? Don't mess with this! It's yellow! :-D -- I once was at a parking block and level 3 was pink... I cursed to my fellow people and I think they found it quite amusing. I laugh over it, too. But it's still there. I have Synestesia since I can remember.

I laughed a lot during this video :D. Your giggles were so infectious and the video music was so alien and surreal (I liked it a lot by the way). It was strangely visceral, abstract and melodic, if I make any sense. And as you said, there was a good touch of humour too. God, that recorder solo at the end ... XD.
Also, your video made me realise that french can be a torturous language for others :). Words often doesn't sound like it's written and we have some nasal phonemes that aren't found in a lot of languages.
A tip to pronounce Gautier : it's sound approximatively like "goat yeah" ;)

Laure is an amazing singer and a great combination with Laurent. Laurent sings in a language he made up himself.
Definitely check out Opus Brain too. And Corpo Mente (like you said, another band Laure participates in) is really interesting too. (Corpo-Mente - Arsalein [Live at Improve Tone Studios, 2015] is a nice one)

This was an excerpt written about Schnittke's Concerto Grosso 1 (Which i highly recommend checking out to see where Igorrr roots are from). If that doesn't speak to Igorrr's music I don't know what does. I'm actually really surprised no one has made this connection yet between these two greats.

In each series a number of great singers perform each other's songs. They represent singers from different styles (opera, rock, pop, ...). have you ever heard anything by sonata Arctica? i would love to see what you might think about the song white pearl black oceans. i love almost all of their songs but the storytelling in that one is wonderful. i assume you may have heard of them but if not they are a power/symphonic metal band from Finland started in 1996, my first album of theirs was reckoning night.

I have this album and it's absolutely marvellous! But you have to switch very fast in so many genre's, most people can't make anything of this.
