Downgrade Desert, Parpaing, or Himalayan Massive Ritual would have been an easier introduction to the band. I mean I love the abstract stuff, but they have a lot of styles.
Seconded! And I would personally add Chicken Sonata, because it's just brilliant, and Cheval, because it shows what Igorrr is: a bunch passionate, skilled musicians having loads of fun!
I think that he just don't like this type of music. I personally like a lot Opus Brain but it is not for everyone.
wtf does 'I think it's something you choose to enjoy' mean lol. I found this band because of a Spotify algorythm, 'you should check out Igorrr based on your interest in Mozart, Mayhem and Mindless Self Indulgence' it told me. I said 'wut, no way a band sounds like those things' and you know what, it kind of did. Sometimes some weird dude that's creative makes shit based on the diverse shit you like too. I didn't choose Igorrr, Spotify chose him for me.

Fun fact: each and every Igorrr track has something you've never heard before. They create their own instruments a lot of the time. The making of video for Himalaya Massive Ritual shows part of such a process, though it must be said that that track is a lot more 'accessible' to people who generally enjoy metal. Igorrr is and will always be a marmite kind of music, some love it, some hate it...

Igorrr is not at all standard. The guys experiment a lot.
However, it's not impossible that you'll enjoy the music of "downgrade desert" or "Himalaya ritual".
They also have a secondary band called "Corpo Mente", which is much easier to access if you're ever interested.
