Can you go over how to shut an old furnace off? I have a switch " on, off, fan" i turned it to off. I have black knob that says on, off and pilot. I can turn that from on to pilot but not past it to off. Any suggestions?
This is a stretch but is there any chance anyone from your company can come do a full gas furnace and ac install in a house in Reno, Nevada? The prices I’m seeing here and the prices you mention in some of your videos are drastically different. Over $5000 difference.

My upstairs furnace is 35 years old, I opened it up and the heat exchange looks so rusty inside. Wow I need a new furnace.

my mom had a 20 year old furnce and scen then it has been replaed 2 times
replace with a Heat Pump.
Depends on average temp in winter if this makes sense or not
