    * alligator snapping turtles (Macrochelys), Spotted turtles (Clemmys Guttata) and box turtles (Terrepene) are a protected species, and possession in most states is prohibited by law. I hold a state DNR license to use these turtles for educational purposes. They are not “pets”, and they are not for sale*

King snakes are just my favorite type of snake. There are so many kinds of them and they all just look amazing.

Dope AF. I don't think I have ever heard you talk about doing educational shows with snakes and stuff. I thought you just had turtles. What kind of snakes do you keep. That was a beautiful brooksi. I can't wait to hear the answer.

The gulf coast took advantage of that little bit of sun while staying covered well. The Graptemys Versa is beautiful. She is going to love that Aquascape pond.

Man that is one beautiful Kingsnake you have. Love the colors. I tried giving my Razorback different foods and she won't take any of it really. Can you explain why she kills the earthworms and doesn't eat them? She digs them all up and just kills them and leaves them to rot in the tank. All she will really eat is NorthFin Jumbo Formula and sometimes shrimp.

Luckily I'm not afraid of stinks I think they're cool animals my problem is I can't tell what's venomous what's not just by looking at them so I tend to shy away from saying other than garter snakes I know with hose look like and I've seen them since it was a kid so I just don't want to run into something that's poisonous. i'm assuming venomous. I was scared by a big black snake once I don't know if it was indigo or not but I was up in where was it near Acadia National Park in a province of Canada what's turned it's the one where Moncton is the Capitol Camera it's not PI of stunned Nova Scotia to the New Brunswick Me and my sister walking along the trail and I'd gone ahead a little bit but maybe 50 yards ahead and I saw this thing in the in the pathway it was either the human pathway or animal pathway but it was just big thick I mean thick by about 4 or 5 inches thick look like a lot of thick rope or a tree branch in the middle of the pathway and as it got closer it bolted off like really fast I believe it was sunning and I startled it Scared the hell out of me. but it was a beautiful snake it was thick like I said I don't know how long it was but it seemed to be fairly long you know 4 to 6 feet long I never saw the head I just saw the tail end of it from the middle down of the body down to the tail and it was iridescent black like it had colors in the black scales the glues purples greens all dark colors but the beautiful beautiful stinky I wish I had gotten a better look out of it it was literally just seconds and it was gone. but I didn't know indigo snakes lived that far north I know it was in a released because it's way in the in the Wilds of Canada eastern Canada is in a national park Or near one. if anybody has any idea what kind of snake it might have been like I said it was it was black as can be black but iridescent very faintly subtly iridescent on the black scales and I assume that's due to the sunlight hitting the scales and reflecting or refracting the light off the scales.

Hey Greg, do you happen to have a video for how you maintain your outdoor tubs? I'm doing my first 300 gallon outside this spring and appreciate any tips!

I believe I made some early on, when I started the channel. Just depends on what’s in it; for growing live bearing fish and snails, I just use live plants for filtration. For any larger turtles or multiple turtles, I use a pond pump and canister filter
