Not sure what I have done wrong but when I put the bumper into the brackets, it seems on the p side bracket sits closely with the bolts of bumper, but when come to the D side bracket, there is a big gap between the bracket and the bumper, and there is no way i could screw the bolts in. Any solutions for this problem?
Noticed you only took out 2 screws under the bumper assembly to drop it. I thought there were 6-8 screws holding the bumper assembly in . I see that many in other videos. Is it because its got the airdam/chin strap there are less or did you miss showing some removed?
There's only a couple screws if you have the air dam off. A couple on the bottom, one with a screw and clip at the fender wells, and a couple clips on top.

Thank you for the video. Quick question how much does it weigh?
The shipping weight fully packaged in the box is about 60lbs, so you can expect it to be a little less than that.
when using a trd pro grill will the TSS be affected by the bull bar?
Was interested until i saw the installation, if i gotta pull the whole front clip off ill do a full bumper replacement.

I have the same problem in the ‘23 TRD Off Road 4x4 Long Bed. There’s about an inch of spacing on each side

Why doesn’t this taco have the front sensor on the grill
This one wasn't equipped with one from the factory.
Why can’t I install the two sides of the bumper properly? I’m so sad.
Very nice,,exactly what I need
Is it necessary to remove the grill? The other video install with led bar on your web page didn't remove the grill.
How much does it weigh? Can't find that anywhere
The weight fully shipped in the packaging is 61lbs. Hope this is helpful!
Will this fit a 2023 taco?
