@@RacersUnited If you are only a spectator yes. I have had the opportunity to stand there many times. And I can say that standing there with those monsters is a life-changing experience. It's not something you can describe to someone else. You have to experience it up close and personal.
The HELL with the drag racing- what REALLY amazes me is the lack of BRAIN POWER from all the people who are in close proximity to the POISONS being emitted from the exhausts of these nitro cars - doesn't ANYONE have a CLUE as to what's entering their LUNGS and BLOODSTREAM?? and NHRA'S seemingless lack of concern for all the crew member's heath - not ONE PERSON is wearing a respirator- DAAA
