Wow... I definitely would not stop til this company was out of business. I wished others would stop using the companies they hide behind. Horrible company. No way they should still be allowed to do business anywhere.
damn, I've gone through something similar with hertz, they put me on a suspension list and my license said Alabama, I called hertz no one knew what was going on, even the local hertz manager said it was probably a mistake. Noone from hertz contacted me to say I had an outstanding balance (a balance, i was not even sure I owed) in any case I forked up over 3k, on the phone, the manager allowed my airport rental. If I did not fork up 3k, I would have been stuck at an airport all the way across the country. The following Monday, i got a stupid email from hertz saying I was no longer on the suspension list and when I responded telling them how unprofessional they were about the process (complete silence from hertz) After watching these videos, i can only wonder if i have a warrant out for my arrest on a completely legal rental I now have!!
its all in the name.....hertz hurts!!!! they all have proof yet hertz states their claims are baseless. Being falsely arrested is the worst feeling and I don't doubt they'll win this lawsuit. I've watched many videos of hertz victims and to me, its a pretty clear win.
Why there isn't a class action lawsuit is beyond me. Rare they say that but seems like I've looked at hundreds of videos. Problem seems to be hertz extended rental system. They see it but their system doesn't they charge you for it but don't know you have it? That's a big problem. Thankfully I use National and I've never had a problem.

Why does someone need to rent a car for months at a time? He had that one car for 5 months, that’s a bit long to keep one car. Cars need mauntentance- oil changes, check-ups, tire rotations, etc. Hertz is totally in the wrong but having a car more than 2 months has been the common theme amongst the accused
Why do you care?... If he rented the car for a year, why do you care?... He paid for the car rental and Hentz filed a false police report, yet they had all of his money for the car rental... Do you wash your butt for months at a time?... I would hope so, because you pay for running water, soap and towels... Running is not yours, that is rented and you pay a bill for it... Renting a car for months at a time is not any different... Surprise!
It doesn’t matter how long u rent a car as long as it is paid for… & yes, this is happening…very real… my car broke & needed a rental for 3 months & after paying, I got accused of grant theft auto

Imagine paying 3,900 bucks for a rental and then being arrested for it. One guy Hertz did this to spent 7 months in jail.
