It’s exactly what it sounds like, political party within the South Korean government that are pro North..meaning they lobby for causes that benefit the north instead of the south, like giving them South’s money, and sending large food or whatever “aid” to the north which sounds nice because ud think humanitarian aid to feed the starving but in practice it feeds northern military or is resold on to fund Kim’s regime/lifestyle.
