3 tubs fresh cream, 750ml 150g peppermint crisp grated Tin to 1.5 tins caramel treat 2 packets tennis biscuits Pour cream into a bowl and whisk till soft peaks form. Add 1 (360g) to 1.5 tins caramel treat Add grated choc (keep some to sprinkle on top) Whip with electric beater, finish with spatula if needed. Put layer of biscuits in bottom of glass dish and alternate with layers of cream mix (she dunks her biscuits in water before laying down. This is optional, means pudding is ready faster.)

I add a juice of 1lemon..to my recipe and use orlywip instead of cream..the lemon breaks the sweetness. And I don't mix my peppermint with cream I great it and then in first layer then on top..

Hi Fatima or anyone . I made this tart twice and never had a problem like today . As soon as I mixed everything together , the mixture curdled. The fresh cream was in date . I don’t understand it. Now I wasted all my ingredients .. didn’t want to continue laying out biscuits and even wasted that too.. any advice?? What did I do wrong pls??
I think the reason why it curdled was probably because you over-whipped the cream. When you over-whip cream, the fat and milk start to separate and then it curdles.
